Notice to Members of Discovery Credit Union

It is proposed that Discovery Credit Union and Queenslanders Credit Union join forces to create a major banking alternative for southeast Queensland. The two credit unions have executed an agreement and will put a proposal to members of both credit unions at their respective annual general meetings in November. The merger proposal has been approved by the Australian Prudential Regulatory Authority (APRA) and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).

The following documents have recently been mailed to all members of Discovery Credit Union and are now available on-line.
