NetTeller is simple and easy to use. No special software is required - all you need is a Version 3 Internet Browser that supports Javascript. We do however recommend that you use the latest versions of mainstream browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer of Netscape Navigator.

NetTeller will provide you with your own personal banking service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has been designed with your needs in mind, and an industry standard encryption method is used to ensure that access to your account is secure at all times.

We at all times practice high security standards to maintain the integrity and privacy of all member information through the entire organisation. We ask our new NetTeller Members to adopt these values and practices, and to ensure that all care is taken to maintain your NetTeller membership in a responsible manner.

Some Tips that will assist you:

1. NetTeller Password
The value of your NetTeller password is no different to that of the PIN on your Redicard. We can protect your data and ensure that the security system protects against fraudulent activity, but access via your password is directly your responsibility.

Do not disclose your password to anyone else. If you suspect the integrity of your password, change it immediately.

2. Access to your computer
NetTeller will log you off after a period of time where there has been no activity, so this will minimise the risk of a fraudulent transaction, but avoid leaving your computer unattended while you are connected to NetTeller. When you have finished using NetTeller, you should use the "return to login" option to exit.
